Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending sessions at Evolv Pilates Studio (located in Brigitte’s home), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance via the approved booking platform (e.g. Mindbody) or directly with Brigitte.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Prepaid packs are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

2. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged or deduction from a prepaid pack.

• Exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion in genuine emergency situations.

3. Studio Requirements

• Clients must arrive on time to ensure the full session can be delivered.

• Grip socks must be worn at all times when using the reformer for safety and hygiene.

• Please inform Brigitte of any changes to your health, injuries, or medical conditions before each session.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients participate at their own risk and must complete an intake form and liability waiver before commencing sessions.

• Evolv Pilates Studio is located on the third level of a private residence, accessible only by stairs. Clients accept responsibility for safely entering and exiting the premises.

• The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for the client.

5. Refunds & Expiry

• All packs and prepaid sessions have an expiry date of 6 months from purchase.

• No refunds will be given for unused sessions after expiry, except where required by law.

6. Privacy

• Personal and health information will be collected for safety and service purposes and managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

• Evolv Pilates Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
